WPForms Integration with SureContact
SureContact allows you to seamlessly capture and sync form submissions from WPForms directly into your SureContact workspace. This integration helps you automatically add contacts, assign lists, apply tags, and map form fields without any manual work.
This guide explains the complete setup process and all available configuration settings for the WPForms integration.
Prerequisites
Before enabling the WPForms integration, please ensure the following:
1. WPForms Must Be Installed on Your WordPress Site

SureContact reads submission data directly from WPForms, so the WPForms plugin must be installed and active on your WordPress website.
2. The SureContact Plugin Must Be Installed on Your Site

Install and activate the SureContact WordPress plugin.
3. The SureContact Plugin Must Be Connected to Your SureContact SaaS Account

How to Connect WPForms with SureContact
Follow the step-by-step process below to connect WPForms with SureContact:
- Open Integrations
- Open your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to SureContact → Integrations.

- Add New Integration
- Click Add New Integration.

- Select WPForms
- Choose WPForms from the list of active plugins.

- Select the Form
- Select the WPForms form you want to connect.

- Add Title or Notes (Optional)
- Enter a title or internal note if required.

- Configure Field Mapping
- Map WPForms fields with SureContact contact fields.
- Select each corresponding SureContact field from the dropdown.
- Ensure each form field is mapped correctly for accurate data syncing.

- Add Contacts to a List
- Select the list where new contacts should be added.

- Apply Tags to Contacts
- Add tags to organize or segment contacts.

- Remove Contacts from Lists
- Select lists from which contacts should be removed if required.

- Remove Tags
- Choose tags that should be removed if needed.
- Save the Integration
- Click Save Changes.
- Once saved, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the integration has been successfully configured.

Testing the Integration
You can now test the integration by submitting a test entry through your WPForms form.
After submitting:
- Go to the Contacts section inside SureContact.
- Verify that the submitted contact data has been added correctly.
- Confirm that lists, tags, and mapped fields are working as expected.
