Contact Form 7 Integration with SureContact
SureContact allows you to seamlessly capture and sync form submissions from Contact Form 7 directly into your SureContact workspace. This integration helps you automatically add contacts, assign lists, apply tags, and map form fields without any manual work.
This guide explains the complete setup process and available configuration settings for the Contact Form 7 integration.
Prerequisites
Before enabling the Contact Form 7 integration, please ensure the following:
1. Contact Form 7 Must Be Installed on Your WordPress Site
SureContact reads submission data directly from Contact Form 7, so the plugin must be installed and active on your WordPress website.
2. The SureContact Plugin Must Be Installed on Your Site
Install and activate the SureContact WordPress plugin.
3. The SureContact Plugin Must Be Connected to Your SureContact SaaS Account

How to Connect Contact Form 7 with SureContact
Follow the steps below to configure the integration:
Step 1: Open SureContact in WordPress
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to SureContact.

Step 2: Add a New Integration
- Click on Integrations.

- Click Add Integration.

- From the list of active plugins, select Contact Form 7.

Step 3: Select the Form
- Choose the Contact Form 7 form from the dropdown menu that you want to connect.

You may optionally:
- Add a Title for internal reference.
- Add Notes if required.
(You can also leave these fields blank.)

Step 4: Map Form Fields
- Map the Contact Form 7 fields to the corresponding SureContact fields.

This ensures the submitted form data is stored correctly in SureContact.
Step 5: Configure Lists and Tags (Optional)
You can optionally:
- Add contacts to a specific List.

- Apply a Tag to contacts.

- Remove contacts from a specific List (if needed).
- Remove a specific Tag (if needed).

All of these fields are optional and can be left blank if not required.
Step 6: Save the Integration
- Click Save Changes.

That’s It
Your integration is now complete.
From now on, whenever a new submission is made through the selected Contact Form 7 form, the contact will automatically be added to your SureContact account with the mapped fields, lists, and tags applied accordingly.
