Sync WooCommerce Customers with SureContact
SureContact allows you to seamlessly sync your WooCommerce customers directly into your SureContact workspace. This integration helps you automatically add customers as contacts, map customer fields, and keep your data aligned without manual imports.
This guide explains the complete setup process and how to bulk sync WooCommerce customers to SureContact.
Prerequisites
Before enabling the WooCommerce integration, please ensure the following:
1. WooCommerce Must Be Installed on Your WordPress Site
SureContact reads customer data directly from WooCommerce, so the WooCommerce plugin must be installed and active on your WordPress website.
2. The SureContact Plugin Must Be Installed on Your Site
Install and activate the SureContact WordPress plugin.
3. The SureContact Plugin Must Be Connected to Your SureContact SaaS Account

How to Sync WooCommerce Customers to SureContact
Follow the steps below to configure and sync your WooCommerce customers:
Step 1: Open SureContact in WordPress
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to SureContact.

Step 2: Enable WooCommerce Integration
- Go to Integrations.

- Under Global Settings, toggle ON WooCommerce.

Step 3: Map WooCommerce Customer Fields
- Go to Contact Fields.

- Refresh the page once.
- Click on WooCommerce Customers.

You will now see the available WooCommerce customer fields.
- Map the WooCommerce fields to the corresponding SureContact fields you want to store.

- Toggle ON the Sync option for each field you want to sync.

- Click Save Changes.

This ensures the correct customer data is captured in SureContact.
Bulk Sync Existing WooCommerce Customers
To import your existing WooCommerce customers:
Step 4: Start Bulk Sync
- Go to Bulk Sync inside the SureContact plugin.

- Under WooCommerce, click Start Sync for Customers.

SureContact will now begin importing your WooCommerce customers.
Verify Synced Customers
- Log in to your SureContact SaaS account.
- Navigate to the Contacts section.
You will see your WooCommerce customers added there with the mapped fields.
That’s it!
Your WooCommerce customers are now successfully synced with SureContact.
