Que- How can I connect WP Travel Engine to SureContact?

Ans- WP Travel Engine does not currently have a native/built-in integration with SureContact. At the moment, the SureContact WordPress plugin supports direct integrations with WooCommerce, SureCart, LatePoint, SureForms, SureDash, SureMembers, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms, Fluent Forms, JetFormBuilder, CartFlows, Convert Pro, Easy Digital Downloads, Presto Player, FluentCRM, and native WordPress users.

Workaround- You can still connect WP Travel Engine to SureContact using OttoKit (BSF’s automation platform). If WP Travel Engine is supported in OttoKit, you can create an automation workflow that triggers on events such as a completed booking and automatically adds the traveller’s contact details to SureContact.

Alternatively, if your WP Travel Engine booking process uses a supported form plugin such as WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, or Contact Form 7, you can connect that form directly with SureContact through its native form integrations to capture lead and contact data seamlessly.

Que- How do I delete my SureContact account

Que- I am looking to update my SureContact email address. How do I do that?

Ans- We can help you with that. You need to send an email to our support team at [email protected], and they will further help you to update it

Que- Does SureContact work with non‑WordPress sites?

Ans- SureContact is built for WordPress, but you can still use it with non-WordPress sites. You can import contacts from external tools and send campaigns as normal, or pass data in from other platforms using automation tools like OttoKit and webhooks.

Que- Does SureContact host my data or stay fully inside WordPress?

Ans- SureContact connects securely to your WordPress sites, while contact data and automations run in your SureContact workspace. This keeps your site fast, protects your data, and avoids limits set by your hosting environment.

Que- How does SureContact help with deliverability and spam compliance?

Ans- You can authenticate your domains, manage consent, and include required information like unsubscribe links and physical address to follow email regulations such as CAN‑SPAM and GDPR.​

Que-How secure is my data in SureContact?

Ans- Your data is protected using secure authentication and encrypted connections between your WordPress site and SureContact. Access to your workspace is restricted to approved team members, so only the right people can see or manage your data.

Que- Can SureContact trigger automations from purchases, forms or course activity?

Ans- Yes, you can start workflows from events like new orders, failed payments, form submissions, or membership and course milestones, then send tailored email sequences based on that behaviour.​

Que- What happens if my contact list grows?

Ans- You can upgrade to a higher plan when you outgrow your current contact or sending limits; your existing data, automations, and reporting stay intact when you upgrade.​

Que- Does SureContact work with non‑WordPress sites?

Ans- SureContact is built for WordPress, but you can still use it with non-WordPress sites. You can import contacts from external tools and send campaigns as normal, or pass data in from other platforms using automation tools like OttoKit and webhooks.

Que- Can I import my contacts from another email tool?

Ans- You can bring in existing subscribers and customers via CSV, including tags and basic custom fields, so you don’t have to start from scratch.​

Que- How to disable or stop receiving email notifications from SureContact?

Ans- You can simply click on the unsubscribe button attached to the email you have received. In case this doesn’t work, you can reach out to the SureContact support team at [email protected], and the team will help you with it.

Que- Can Admins Customize the Preferences Page? Or can we customize the preferences page with SureContact?

Ans- No, the preferences page itself cannot be customised. There are no settings to change its layout, content, branding, or options.

Que- How to delete Organization and Workspace with SureContact?

Ans- To delete Workspace, you need to go under settings< Danger Zone<Delete Workspace.

Further, to delete the Organization kindly contact to our support at [email protected], and the team will help you to remove it.

Que- How to get SureContact API key?

Ans- You can find the SureContact API key by clicking on the profile icon button<API Key<Create API key.
